expected for a relatively brief period of time between 5 AM and 9

AM Wednesday morning before improving. During this time, also

expect some visibility restrictions. Winds will be very terrain

driven, with downsloping winds expected after sundown tonight and

overnight into Wednesday morning before sunrise. Thereafter,

expect WSW winds in the afternoon.
