.DISCUSSION...Fire weather risk will remain elevated Thursday with 

well above normal temperatures, low PM humidity (teens), and 

afternoon SW breezes (though breezes will be much lower at eye level 

due to full sheltering). Poor RH recovery is expected Thursday night. 

It appears humidity will come up a bit Friday afternoon/evening with 

a marine push and a wind shift to NW ahead of Friday night's cold 

front. The front more than likely will pass through dry (though there 

is a low chance -- about 10% -- of some sprinkles). The main impact 

will be the cooling (and higher humidity) expected on Saturday with 

highs no better than the mid 50s. Breezy winds (NW-N) are still 

likely Saturday. Things dry out again Sunday into Monday, then there 

is a chance for rain toward mid next week (Tue night/Wed).
