.DISCUSSION...

Uncertainty is still high regarding marine layer development and 

behavior. There is a 40% chance of low clouds and fog (patchy dense)

through mid morning. Confidence is higher Saturday night into 

Sunday morning for marine layer stratus due to incoming shortwave 

trough. This will help lift the marine layer and reduce chances for 

dense fog. Temperatures could be off by up to 3 degrees depending on

the outcome of the marine layer.
