.DISCUSSION...

A relatively quiet weather day is forecast for Wednesday as an upper

level low moves out of the area, marking a transition day into what

will become a warm weekend. A weak eddy is forecast to develop 

inside the Santa Barbara Channel late Tuesday into early Wednesday, 

with relatively light east to southeast winds common in the morning

and then transitioning to a seabreeze from the west to southwest in

the afternoon, with winds peaking after 1pm.

Sky/weather.........Mostly Sunny. 

Max temperature.....64-67 degrees. 

Min humidity........60-65 percent. 

Eye level winds.....Southeast 2-5 mph early becoming west-southwest 3-5 mph

                    with gusts to 7 mph in the afternoon.

Wind (20 ft)........Southeast 5-8 mph with gusts to 10 mph early becoming 

                    west-southwest 8-11 mph with gusts to 14 mph in the afternoon.

Ridgetop wind.......East-southeast 7-10 mph with gusts to 12 mph early becoming 

                    west 11-14 mph with gusts to 18 mph in the afternoon.

Mixing height.......2000 ft AGL early becoming 3200 ft AGL in the afternoon. 

Transport winds.....Light in the morning becoming west 5-10 mph in the afternoon.
