15 to 35 percent chance of thunderstorms over the Sierra Nevada 

 Monday, decreasing to 10 to 15 percent on Tuesday. 5 to

20% chance across the Valley and into the foothills during this 

period. Gusty winds return to eastern Ker County through Tuesday 

morning. A cooling trend through Tuesday before above- average 

temperatures return Wednesday in a drying pattern.
