.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions with enhanced southwesterly winds

exist today at the burn site ahead of a cold weather system moving

across northern Utah on Sunday. Efficient mixing from stronger 

winds will yield improved clearing today and Sunday. There is a 

low (20%) chance for showers to develop late this evening into

early Sunday, but otherwise conditions remain dry until a cold

front traverses the region Sunday afternoon and evening. Snow

levels drop below 8000 feet and precipitation chances increase

along with this frontal passage, which will allow for some

accumulating snowfall at the burn site. Snow totals are expected

to remain generally light, with a 40% chance to exceed 1 inch of

snow. Drier conditions develop Monday onward as high pressure

develops across the western US.
