.DISCUSSION...An unseasonably warm and very dry airmass will remain 

over the area through the remainder of the week. RH recovery tonight

will be marginal, and likely not reach 30% until after 0200. Winds

will remain primarily down-drainage tonight, with gusts to around 

15 mph diminishing by 0200. 



Terrain driven winds can be expected through early afternoon 

Thursday, before west-northwest flow mixes down mid-afternoon 

resulting in an increase in gusts from the west-northwest. RH will 

quickly fall below 20 percent Thursday morning, likely by 1000, 

and fall into the single digits by early afternoon as the inversion 

fully mixes out. Little change in the overall weather pattern is 

expected through Friday, with diurnally driven winds and very low 

RH persisting.
