a warming and drying trend, stable conditions, and strengthening

thermal belts. The stable conditions will cause terrain driven

winds today and tomorrow and morning humidity recovery should 

trend down through Friday morning.



There is a slight risk of east winds (light to moderate speeds of

10-15 mph) on Friday morning, followed by stronger west winds 

during the afternoon with gusts of 20-30 mph.
