.DISCUSSION...Winds return to a westerly regime by Wednesday as a

flat ridge develops. Winds will be elevated both Wednesday and

Thursday. Both atmospheric moisture and temperatures increase

slightly, leaving RHs relatively unchanged from today or Tuesday. 



The Weekend: There is a low probability of a disturbance moving

through the weak ridge. Jet energy would be pushed south, however,

there could be a brief increase in winds with a weak cold front.

Moisture availability would be dependent on track of the open 

wave and at this time frame a low probability forecast.
