to 35 mph, however, there is a 30% chance of seeing a gust stronger 

than 40 mph through 5 PM. By early Tuesday morning, there is a low 

(10%) chance for rain/snow showers, becoming all rain during the

day. Conditions will become breezy again around 10 AM, with gusts

again generally 25 to 35 mph, with a 20% chance of a gust stronger

than 40 mph.
