.DISCUSSION...

Showers and storms will develop over the high terrain by early to 

mid afternoon then move southwest through the evening. The chance

for wetting rainfall is not as high today as yesterday. Any storms

will produce strong outflow winds. Another round of showers and

storms is expected to develop over the high terrain Thursday then

move southwest once again with gusty outflow winds. A direct hit

will have a better chance to produce wetting rainfall Thursday.
