.DISCUSSION...For the Lilydale Burn, increasing northwest winds

today will stunt the afternoon highs in the low to mid 50s, and 

drop RH values to around 30 to 35 percent. The strongest winds are

expected to develop from 11AM to 7PM. Sustained values will range

mostly from 8-14 MPH while gusts near 20 MPH. Winds slow and turn

north-northwesterly by late this evening. No rain expected today,

but clouds do increase throughout the morning and afternoon.
