.DISCUSSION...For the Convoy Line Fire, increasing northwest winds

today will stunt the afternoon highs in the mid to upper 40s, and 

drop RH values to around 30 to 40 percent. The strongest winds are

expected to develop from 11AM to 7PM. Sustained values will range

mostly from 8-15 MPH with infrequent gusts near 20 MPH. Winds 

slow and turn north-northwesterly by late this evening. There is a

low chance (10-20%) for light rain showers late in the afternoon

(around 4-6pm).
