.DISCUSSION...Increasing northwest winds today will stunt the

afternoon high in the mid 40s, and drop RH values to around 30 to

40 percent. The strongest winds are expected to develop from 11AM

to 7PM. Sustained values will range from 12-18 MPH while gusts 

near 25 MPH. Winds slow and turn north-northwesterly by late this 

evening. Any light rain today is expected to stay north of the

Todd/Douglas counties.
