While there should be filtered sunshine from high clouds today, it still looks like there will be enough mixing to get 20-30 mph wind gusts down to the ground late this morning and into the afternoon. With strong winds and relatively good mixing heights expected, dispersion is expected to rise into the excellent range for late this morning into the afternoon today. Relative humidity forecasts will be tricky today, as a plume of moisture will try to approach from the southwest, but otherwise the pattern favors dry air mixing down to the surface. Have trended RH lower for this afternoon, with minimum RH in the upper 30s for the forecast site. Have greater confidence in this outcome since the burn site is on a south aspect, and can't rule out RH falling into the low-to-mid 30s if the dry-air mixdown is stronger than expected.
