A gentle to moderate north breeze gradually shifts easterly 

through the week as high pressure to the northwest of Kure Atoll 

moves north of the area. A moderate northwest swell builds today 

and peaks tonight into Wednesday before gradually fading through 

the weekend. There is no threat of thunderstorms this week. 

Chances of rain are low, with isolated showers possible today as a

weak trough traverses the area. Another trough brings chances of 

rain showers on Thursday.
