High pressure centered over the Eastern Seaboard interacting with

Tropical Storm Melissa in the central Caribbean Sea will support 

freshening northeasterly transport winds and elevated dispersion 

indices through the weekend. In the freshened flow, measurable

rain chances will remain slightly above normal over the weekend.

Relative humidity values will stay above 60% for the next several

days, limiting fire threats, despite the elevated transport winds

and dispersion indices.
