.DISCUSSION...



Observations overnight near the Pribilof Islands showed 

visibility in fog between one-quarter and 4 miles. Areas of fog 

and low stratus clouds are expected to continue between Dutch 

Harbor and St George for at least the next 24 hours with midday 

visibility around 2 to 5 miles while overnight periods could 

expect dense fog around 1 mile or less. Winds will persist out of 

the north to northwest around 10 kt today and slightly stronger 

for Sunday, to around 15 kt (up to 20 kt closer to St George). 

Significant wave heights are likely to remain below 4 feet, but if

winds approach 20 kts, 4 to 5 foot waves become increasingly 

likely.
