DISCUSSION...

Low rain chances along with a slight chance of thunderstorms

remains forecast for portions of southeast Oklahoma and northwest

Arkansas today as a cold front makes its way southeast through the

region. Rain chances taper off by this evening with the exiting

boundary. Severe weather is not anticipated today.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...

Temperatures more closer to the seasonal average are forecast

through the week ahead. A disturbance late week into the weekend

could bring a return of shower and thunderstorm chances to eastern

Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.
