Thunderstorms, some severe, will develop along and east of the I-27 corridor this afternoon and last into the nighttime hours. Damaging winds up to 60 mph, large hail up to ping pong ball size, and heavy rainfall will accompany storms. Localized flash flooding may occur, especially in the Rolling Plains. Isolated thunderstorms, some severe, may also develop across the northwestern South Plains this afternoon and evening. Fog is forecast to develop across portions of the Caprock and Rolling Plains early Saturday morning. Locally dense fog will be possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
