A few isolated thunderstorms will be possible this morning, mainly across southeast Kansas and western Missouri. Additional, more scattered thunderstorms will develop in the afternoon and evening. These storms will be capable of producing damaging wind gusts of 60mph, frequent lightning and locally heavy rainfall.
