 Significant Frost and Freeze Risk outside of Chicago early this 

  morning.



DISCUSSION...



Freezing temperatures will persist early this morning away from 

Lake Michigan and the core of the Chicago urban heat island. Some 

frost is possible near the lake, mainly away from downtown 

Chicago.
