This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central Kansas,

east central Kansas, south central Kansas and southeast Kansas.



.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight



A few thunderstorms are possible later this afternoon into the

evening over portions of central and south central Kansas. Severe 

weather is not expected at this time.



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday



Periodic chances for showers and storms will continue to affect the

region for Wednesday into Friday morning with the better chances 

occurring mainly at night. A few strong to marginally severe storms

are possible, especially Wednesday and Thursday. Locally heavy 

rainfall is also a possibility for this period. Stay tuned to 

upcoming forecasts as additional information becomes available.
