From late this morning through late tonight-early Sunday morning, widespread, critical fire weather conditions are likely across our entire forecast area due to a combination of record-breaking heat and gusty winds. As a result, a Red Flag Warning is in effect area-wide from 11 AM today through 4 AM Sunday. Please refer to the Warning statement for additional details. Between midnight tonight and sunrise Sunday, a strong cold front will surge through our entire forecast area from north-to-south. As it passes, most places will likely observe at least a few hours of winds gusting at least 40 MPH. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Each afternoon between Sunday and Thursday, at least near- critical fire weather conditions appear likely across various portions of our forecast area...wherever there is an overlap of winds gusting at least 20 MPH, and relative humidity falling to 25 percent or lower.
