This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and

portions of north central Kansas.



.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.



Near-Critical fire weather conditions are possible for areas along

and south of Interstate 80 in Nebraska during the afternoon to

early evening hours due to the combination of northerly winds

gusting 20-30mph and low humidity. 



Scattered thunderstorms are possible during the evening to

overnight hours. A few storms along the Nebraska Kansas border

could be capable of producing small hail and gusty winds during

the evening hours. 



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.



Frost is possible across portions of the area Wednesday night into 

Thursday morning.
