Flooding of farm land and low-lying wood lands in the area occurs. The Black Warrior River at Holt Lock and Dam. * At 9:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 136.8 feet. * Action stage is 138.0 feet. * Flood stage is 140.0 feet. * Forecast...The river will rise to 138.1 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall to 127.4 feet early Friday afternoon. It will rise to 127.5 feet Friday evening. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage. * Impact...At 140.0 feet...Some minor flooding of low-lying areas occurs.
