Low temperatures ranged from the 40s and 50s across most of Kansas and Nebraska to the 60s across Oklahoma. Another warm day is expected to kick off the work week across the Heartland with high temperatures in the 70s and 80s. Partly to mostly cloudy skies are expected throughout the day as thunderstorm chances return to portions of central and eastern Kansas later this evening. Windy conditions are expected to follow the passage of a cold front later this evening into tonight as rain chances continue throughout the area. The best rain chances will likely reside in eastern Kansas. Overnight low temperatures are forecast in the 40s and 50s across the Sunflower State. $$
