High pressure will remain nearby through the remainder of the 

work week. Temperatures will rebound over the next several days,

with above average temperatures by Friday. A clipper system brings

some showers to the area late Friday, and again late in the

weekend with another cold front. Cooler weather returns by early

next week as Canadian high pressure approaches from the west.
