Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region

over the next several days.



Multiple waves of low pressure will ride along a front stalled

across southeastern Virginia through tonight. Widespread rain

showers will gradually retreat to the southeast through this

evening. A second reinforcing cold front will pass through the 

area late tonight, leading to chilly and windy conditions 

Tuesday. High pressure will settle across the area by Wednesday. 

Below normal temperatures will continue as the next low pressure 

system approaches from the west Thursday into Friday.
