Otherwise, conditions will remain dry for the bulk of the time today and Sunday with comfortably low humidity and a moderately gusty west- northwest wind once again today. High temperatures this afternoon will be a few degrees below normal and will range from the upper 60s and low 70s across the Northern and Western Mountains to the low 80s across the the Lower Susquehanna Valley and adjacent Southeastern PA. Lows tonight will vary from the chilly upper 40s over the Northwest Mountains to the mid 60s in Central City Philly. High temperatures Sunday will be a few degrees warmer than today. Expect overcast skies to develop for Sunday night and Monday with periods of rain statewide, sometimes heavy, and possibly a few thunderstorms across southern part of the state. Accumulations are expected to exceed an inch for the whole event across most of PA with some portions of Eastern and Western PA rising above 1.5 inches. $$
